This week, I am working on a portrait of my nephew-in-law and his wife. Kevin and Teri were married this summer in Savannah, and my husband, Roger, had asked me to do a vector portrait similar to one that I did for him of us back in 2004.

I am using the style from A Scanner Darkly; I have always wanted to try it, and I think this image is a great candidate.

I have been sitting here wondering the best way to manage everything I have to do in order to successfully organize myself for the week. Tomorrow morning I will be going to see one of my favorite clients in Boca, and once I’m done there I have to deal with going through graduate clearance. Tuesday is relatively open. Well, Thursday was Faculty Review at AiFL for us graduating Graphic Design students. Myself, Dan Day, Priscilla Giler and Idil Godze were nominated for Best Portfolio awards. I was nominated for Best Print as well as Best Digital.
